Pilatus Pilates ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application Pilatus Pilates.

Pilatus Pilates is designed with privacy in mind. The app operates entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit personal data to our servers.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

Workout history and session data
Weight entries and progress data
Nutrition goals and streak information
User profile preferences

2. Subscription & Purchases

If you choose to purchase a premium subscription, payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as described in Section 2 above.

4. Data Storage

All workout, weight, and progress data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data.

5. Children's Privacy

Pilatus Pilates is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
